Insights to OB’s Workplace Culture and how we DO IT RIGHT!

We spend at least 6 – 8 hours at our workplace, so it becomes crucial for the HR, to make the workplace a comfortable, motivating and growth focused space for all.

Now here’s where the Organizational Culture & Values come into play!

Working with OB, in the Human Resource Department, I realized the necessity and importance to shape the culture in the organization the right way.

It is rightly said that “A well rounded Organizational Culture is the true Backbone of a successful organization”

Our culture is an essential part of who we are as a company. A strong company culture can improve employee retention, boost morale, and increase productivity. We always have a strong internal communication with our employees which helps to maintain a strong bond. When we hire candidates, we first look for candidates who fit into our company culture.


We believe we are on the right track, however here are few ways to enhance the Omni Bridge culture even further:

· One on one Dialogue

We always try to have a one-to-one dialogue with our employees. Small dinner parties outside the office gives a chance to everyone to share and express their thoughts and feelings and also to get connected.

· Smooth Onboarding process

Once a candidate accepts the offer, we share a small onboarding handout, which helps the new joiner to understand the company better and get comfortable on the day of joining. Every Week and 15 days we try to connect with the new hires and get his feedback. The new hire is inducted about the vision and mission of the company.

· Appreciating & Recognizing employees

Employees are the most important assets for our company. Show casing the employee’s achievement from time to time helps to highlight efforts put in by our employees. This gives a sense of belonging and owners that makes our employees want to take on more responsibilities.

· Opportunity to all employees to upgrade themselves

Recently we started with the OB Marathon League where the employees were evaluated on the basis of their skill set and interest in learning a new technology and upgrading themselves. Many participated and learnt a new technology.

· Hybrid mode of working

At Omni Bridge we are open to flexible working culture. We allow both modes of working.

· Employee engagement activities

Employee engagement activities are fun and enriching initiatives which urge employees to take a more active role in the organization and foster positive feelings. Every month we have celebrations where employees come together and get to bond and connect. Yoga Day, Republic Day, Potluck party, meditation sessions, Diwali celebration, Christmas celebration, Women’s Day celebration and much more.

· Approachable Managers & Mentors:

The Mangers at OB are open to suggestions. And our team isn’t afraid to ask questions.
